Tooliox Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the Agreement) govern the use of the Tooliox website (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

The administration provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will operate continuously, quickly or without errors.
The administration reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any functionality at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. The maximum liability of the Service to a user is limited to 0 (zero) USD.

The Service is strictly intended for persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your country). By using the website, you confirm that you have full legal capacity.

You bear full personal and legal responsibility for the files you upload to the Service.
Uploading malware, illegal content, pornographic materials or files that infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties is prohibited.
The Service operates as an automated transit tool. We do not inspect your files or claim ownership of them, and we delete them immediately after processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If you believe that the Service is being used to infringe your copyright or other legal rights, please immediately submit a complaint by email to privacy@tooliox.com. Infringing content or access to it will be blocked.

All disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the project’s servers are located.
